Terris, Pravlik & Millian, LLP is a public interest law firm dedicated to providing the

Established in 1970, Terris, Pravlik & Millian, LLP began as the Law Offices of Bruce J.

citizens, neighborhood groups, national environmental organizations and governments. The
firm has also established itself as a leader in the litigation of employment and civil rights
litigation representing individual and groups denied fair employment, fair housing, voting rights,
medical care, religious accommodation and reasonable accommodation for disabilities.
Our firm has been recognized for its contributions to public interest issues:

|
In situations where the award of attorneys fees is available and likely, we represent clients
without payment on fees and expenses and seek compensation from the defendant at the conclusion of
the litigation. In other situations, we represent clients at a substantially reduced rate compared
to the usual market rate for attorneys.
The firm has previously been known as the Law Offices of Bruce J. Terris, Terris & Sunderland,
Terris, Edgecombe, Hecker & Wayne, and Terris, Pravlik & Wagner.
