Notice to Plaintiff Class in DL v. District of Columbia

On June 20, 2025, Plaintiffs’ counsel filed a request for an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses in DL v. District of Columbia, a class action related to special education services for preschool-aged children in the District of Columbia. The District of Columbia (the defendant) agreed to pay those fees and expenses and the matter has been submitted to the Court for its approval.
