D.C. Council Sues the Mayor Seeking Budget-Related Documents

The D.C. Council sued the Mayor seeking the same type of documents we sought in Terris, Pravlik & Millian, LLP v. District of Columbia. See Washington Post, In an usual step, D.C. Council sues Mayor Bowser over budget documents. As we have previously described, the District of Columbia was found in contempt for failure to comply with Court orders to turn over the documents we sought.
