Notice of Public Access Telephone Line for the August 13, 2026 Fairness Hearing in Salazar v. District of Columbia

Pursuant to the Class Notice to all Salazar class members, there will be a Fairness Hearing before the Honorable Tanya S. Chutkan of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on August 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. At the hearing, class members who submit written objections by July 30 will have an opportunity to raise their objections to the proposed Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement is designed to end court oversight of the existing Salazar Settlement Order within two years and to provide a durable remedy for the Plaintiff class.

The hearing will take place at the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Courthouse, located at 333 Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001, in Courtroom 9.
